Ordering & Shipping

We roast fresh on Tuesdays and Fridays. Orders placed before 2pm on roast days ship the same day. Standard delivery across Malaysia takes 2-4 business days. Remote areas may take an additional day.
Currently we ship within Malaysia only. International shipping is coming soon — sign up for our newsletter and we will let you know when we expand.
Free shipping on orders above RM80. Orders below RM80 incur a flat RM8 shipping fee. You can combine multiple items in one order to reach the free shipping threshold.
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your account and check the order status under "My Orders".

Subscription & Recurring Orders

Choose your preferred plan (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly), select your favourite coffee (or let us curate it), and we will automatically roast and ship your order on schedule. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through your account.
Absolutely. Log in to your account, go to "My Subscription", and you can swap the coffee at any time. Changes take effect on your next scheduled delivery date.
Go to "My Subscription" in your account and click "Pause" or "Cancel". No questions asked, no cancellation fees. If you cancel, we will honour any order already in process.

Brewing & Coffee Tips

Keep beans in the original bag with the one-way valve facing outward. Squeeze out excess air, fold the top, and clip it shut. Store in a cool, dark place — never the fridge or freezer. Use within 4 weeks of the roast date for best flavour.
As a rule of thumb: espresso needs fine grind, pour-over (V60, Chemex) needs medium-fine, French press needs coarse. If your extraction is too fast, grind finer. Too slow, grind coarser. We also include recommended brew methods on every product page.
For light to medium roasts, use 93-96°C. For medium-dark to dark roasts, 88-92°C is better. Boil water and let it rest 30-45 seconds before pouring. Using a gooseneck kettle gives you the control needed for consistent, even extraction.

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the product is damaged or defective. Coffee is a consumable item, so we generally cannot accept returns for opened products unless there is a quality issue. Contact us with photos and we will make it right.
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on stock availability. We take full responsibility for transit damage.
