1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Aroma Coffee Roastery website (aromacoffee.my), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Products and Pricing

All products are subject to availability. We endeavour to keep our product listings accurate and up to date. In the event that a product is out of stock after you place an order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or alternative.

Prices are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

3. Orders and Payment

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Orders are confirmed when payment is successfully processed. We accept payments via credit/debit card and e-wallet through our secure payment gateway.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship within Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Orders are roasted and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners and may vary.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs (for international orders), courier performance, or events outside our control.

5. Subscriptions

Coffee subscription plans are billed on the frequency you select (weekly, fortnightly, or monthly). You may cancel or pause your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellations made before the next billing cycle will not be charged.

We reserve the right to modify subscription pricing with 14 days' notice.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we are unable to accept returns of opened or consumed products. If your order arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, photography, product descriptions, and the Aroma Coffee Roastery name and logo — is the property of Aroma Coffee Roastery and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aroma Coffee Roastery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
